As a practicum assistant, I have to prepare materials that will be taught to the juniors, set meeting schedules, and give them an assessment.

Lessons Learned   : The lesson that I can take from the experience of being a practicum assistant at the WTO is that we must take all of the opportunities that exist. Then we have to account for that choice. To provide optimal understanding to others, we must prepare ourselves in advance as carefully as possible. I also learned how important to do everything maximally and totality.

Anyone can become anything if there is access and if the person concerned wants to learn and develop himself. As a teacher, I learned that it is necessary to adjust to other people in conveying information, we must adapt to the character of the person we are talking to and understand the desires and potential of that person.

Lessons learned    : The lesson that I can take from this experience is that teamwork and communication is very important. Funds from BEM UNSOED 2018/2019 at that time would not have been collected if no team had gone into the field. Besides that we must be able to be accountable for what we have said. On that basis we must learn about the facts of the discussion that is currently taking place. I also learned how to create meetings, meeting arrangements, and things related to meetings.
